Shipping is free for purchases of €200 or more.

OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU

DHL: €11.90

Shipping is free for purchases of €200 or more.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.

OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU

DHL: €24.90

Shipping is free for purchases over €300.

All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (import duties, fees, VAT), which are determined by the respective country. ZABA&ZINGO does not withhold any duties or taxes during the payment process. In the event that such additional charges apply, they must be paid by the customer. The customer bears the costs incurred himself.

RETURN:

You can cancel the orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us (only within the EU).
We do not accept returns outside the EU.
For a return you must the item will be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. To do this, please fill out the return form (included in the delivery package).
